"It’s hard to express the quality and professionalism of Porter Built Homes, LLC. Unfortunately, a tree fell on our home during a storm, but we were fortunate that our neighbour referred us to Porter Built Homes, LLC. We contacted Chris at Porter Built Homes, LLC, first thing in the morning, and within about an hour, he had a crew out to patch our roof. Chris met with us that day, reviewed the damages, and guided us through the insurance process. After contacting our insurance company, they sent out an adjuster and asked for our estimate from Porter Built Homes, LLC. The insurance company agreed with their estimate, and they immediately began work. We had no issues with the insurance company, and they were also pleased with Porter Built Homes, LLC. The coordination of roof repair, gutter repair, drywall repair, painting, etc. was truly impressive. Their communication throughout the process was top-notch.
